WallSafe is operated by PlaceLane Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd. This page explains what we collect and what we don't.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and the domain(s) you register.
• Bot event logs: when WallSafe blocks a request on your site, we record the time, the requester's IP address, user-agent, the requested path and the reason it was blocked. We use this to show your dashboard and weekly digest.
• Connection data: the last time your plugin or SDK contacted us.
• Billing: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive subscription status, not your card details.

What we don't collect

• Your site's content (pages, posts, media, databases).
• Personal data about your visitors in general. Only requests WallSafe blocks are logged, as described above, and query strings are never sent to us.

Retention

Bot event logs are deleted automatically after 90 days. Account data is kept until you delete your site or account.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We use service providers only to run WallSafe: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and Razorpay (payments). Blocked IP addresses may contribute to network-wide blocking of abusive sources.

Your choices

You can delete a site and its data from your dashboard settings, turn off the weekly digest, or contact us at [email protected] to ask about your data.
